Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Participate in or lead design reviews and make technology decisions with peers and stakeholders.
- Review code and provide feedback on style, correctness, testability, efficiency, and best practices.
- Maintain documentation and educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, service operations, and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- At least 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 6 years of experience programming in C++.
- Preferred: 4 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure and software design and architecture.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model interfaces into workflows.
