Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, maintain, and support enterprise integration solutions using Boomi, Workato, AWS, APIs, webhooks, and related technologies.
- Build APIs, data transformations, integration workflows, and transaction processes across Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, analytics platforms, and AWS-based applications.
- Apply API-led, scheduled, event-driven, file-based, and transaction-orchestration integration patterns.
- Perform data mapping, validation, reconciliation, error handling, testing, monitoring, and post-release validation.
- Troubleshoot production integrations, diagnose root causes, optimize performance, participate in incident and problem management, and maintain runbooks and operational documentation.
- Provide Tier 1 support for Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence, including ticket triage, common issue resolution, documentation, pattern identification, and escalation.
- Support analytics, AI, automation, adoption, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise integration solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Boomi and Workato; relevant certifications are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP services, webhooks, XML, JSON, authentication, data mapping, and transformation.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, Groovy, or another programming or scripting language.
- Experience integrating Salesforce, NetSuite, Atlassian Jira/Jira Service Management/Confluence, and AWS-based applications.
- Experience troubleshooting production integrations and resolving complex data, workflow, performance, or connectivity issues.
- Ability to provide structured Tier 1 application support and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include AI, data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, integration-health metrics, Boomi, Workato, AWS, Atlassian, or ITIL certifications.
- Preferred experience includes Jira/Jira Service Management/Confluence workflows, CI/CD, DevOps practices, source control, automated testing, observability, cloud-native integration architectures, change management, process improvement, data governance, privacy, security controls, responsible AI, and regulated data.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and collaborate in a globally distributed environment.
