Base Salary
$180k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship end-to-end product features.
- Improve profile-result ranking, search filters, data sources, and user onboarding.
- Build LLM-powered product functionality and related feedback loops.
- Participate in engineering decisions and work closely with the founders.
- Own projects and contribute hands-on across the software stack.
Requirements
- Experience building something from scratch, such as a startup, project, or feature.
- Some experience with core technologies in the stack, including Next.js and AWS.
- Demonstrated excellence through education, work experience, projects, or other accomplishments.
- Hands-on approach, willingness to move quickly, and ability to learn by building.
- Strong project ownership and interest in taking asymmetric bets.
