Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage directly in customer environments to understand issues and develop software solutions for customer use cases.
- Use Agentic AI and Spec Driven Development to build products and solutions with an AI-first mindset.
- Participate in architectural and design decisions and apply technical judgment to accelerate solution delivery.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and interns while managing project priorities and tasks.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders across a geographically distributed team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience programming in C++.
- 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
- 5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networks, or working with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred experience includes backend distributed systems, databases, full-stack development, Agentic AI, Spec Driven Development, and professional software development.
- Proficiency in C++ and Golang and experience testing and launching distributed systems, storage, and related software products.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical stakeholders.
