Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical lead and developer alongside AI partners to transition prototypes into production-grade, replicable agentic workflows.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for accuracy, safety, and latency requirements.
- Identify recurring partner and field patterns and convert them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Co-build with partner forward deployed engineering teams and establish Google-grade development practices.
- Help partners develop their own agentic delivery capabilities and improve customer activation and engagement ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of software development experience using Python or similar coding languages.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
- Experience taking production-grade AI solutions from conception to customer launch.
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: Experience implementing multi-agent systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK, and patterns such as ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation.
- Preferred: Knowledge of LLM-native metrics and techniques for state-management optimization and granular tracing.
