Base Salary
$63k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect enterprise-ready AI agent systems covering retrieval, orchestration, governance, evaluation, lifecycle observability, security, scalability, and performance.
- Lead client and Accenture architecture workshops, finalize requirements and total cost of ownership, and develop financial-viability models.
- Design reusable multi-agent, runtime, governance, DevOps, knowledge, and data-layer architectures across public, private, and sovereign clouds.
- Architect and stand up custom agent frameworks using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Anthropic Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
- Design knowledge graphs and semantic layers that enable enterprise-scale AI agents.
- Run AgentOps, LLMOps, AI Governance, AI Security, Observability, and MLOps pipelines across ML and LLM lifecycles.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and tune AI systems for performance, cost, reliability, and trust.
- Guide engineering teams from ideation through production deployment and create repeatable AI solution patterns.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience with Python, Java, or equivalent, including familiarity with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and observability.
- At least 6 years of experience with key AI technologies from public cloud providers, open source, and third-party tooling.
- At least 4 years designing, engineering, and operationalizing large-scale AI/ML solutions on a major public cloud using cloud-native AI services, open-source technologies, and third-party tools.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Claude, agentic orchestration tools such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen, and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
- At least 2 years designing and implementing scaled Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions that operate in production.
- At least 2 years designing and implementing Agentic AI and Generative AI platforms and frameworks used by multiple AI solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; an associate degree requires at least 6 years of work experience.
- Strong architecture, client engagement, AI platform, governance, security, observability, and operationalization experience.
