Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-powered Rovo solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Architect and implement enterprise application integrations using Python, JavaScript, APIs, and related technologies.
- Build with customers to influence product direction and address last-mile workflow challenges.
- Champion AI-augmented workflow automation to improve customer business value and operational efficiency.
- Oversee production deployment, continuous evaluation, monitoring, and improvement of AI solutions.
- Navigate AI risk assessment, data privacy including GDPR, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor Senior FDEs and engineers and foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and align solutions with business objectives and measurable results.
