Base Salary
$176k - $374k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define the production-readiness and handover framework for forward-deployed engineering engagements.
- Build monitoring, alerting, incident response, and reliability capabilities for deployed AI solutions.
- Establish AI production-quality practices including drift detection, performance benchmarking, guardrail validation, and retraining triggers.
- Set standards for production security, data boundaries, compliance, operational governance, and self-healing capabilities.
- Design scalable operational tooling, automation, partner integration, playbooks, and repeatable processes for customer deployments.
- Collaborate with Knowledge & IP, FDE squads, platform teams, customers, and external delivery partners to improve the delivery lifecycle.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across globally distributed teams.
- Travel up to 20%.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience operating AI-native solutions in customer production environments.
- Experience with LLM-based systems, agentic workflows, and distributed architectures.
- Deep experience in observability, incident management, and production reliability across cloud environments.
- Experience identifying behavioral drift in agentic applications and maintaining uptime and contractual SLAs.
- Experience in regulated or enterprise-grade environments involving compliance, security posture, and operational governance.
- Ability to translate operational experience into standards, playbooks, and repeatable processes.
- Ability to work across delivery squads, engineering and platform teams, customers, and external partners.
- Skills used include AI output quality assurance, AI-assisted development, context engineering, agentic orchestration, agentic engineering, application security, cloud architecture, observability, high availability engineering, troubleshooting, evaluations and benchmarking engineering, and CI/CD.
