Base Salary
$262k - $364k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical lead and developer with strategic AI partners, transitioning prototypes into production-grade and replicable agentic workflows.
- Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify recurring partner and field challenges in Google’s AI stack and convert them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Co-build with partners’ forward deployed engineering teams and establish Google-grade development practices.
- Help partners develop their own agentic delivery capabilities and improve customer activation and engagement ROI.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and take customer-facing AI solutions from conception through production launch.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of software development experience using Python or similar coding languages.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures for enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch for customers.
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
- Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in AI, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience implementing multi-agent systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK, and patterns such as ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation.
- Preferred: knowledge of LLM-native metrics, state-management optimization, and granular tracing.
