Base Salary
$300k - $360k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 15–20 Forward Deployed Engineers in NORAM and ensure signed contracts reach production with measurable business value.
- Own the NORAM quarterly go-live ARR metric and team operations, including backlog, implementation pipeline, staffing, capacity, milestones, and project outcomes.
- Scale the FDE delivery model by developing reusable, flexible, and maintainable FDE tooling and operating standards with Product and Engineering.
- Advocate for FDE priorities with Product and Engineering leaders and secure resources to unblock implementations.
- Hire, coach, and develop FDEs as the organization grows.
- Act as principal FDE and solution architect for complex enterprise deployments, owning production-grade designs.
- Lead technical problem-solving sessions with customer technical teams and internal engineering teams.
- Provide feedback on product-market fit, product gaps, and enhancements to Product and Engineering.
- Remain hands-on with platform configuration, AI-agent training and evaluations, and delivery work when needed.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an Implementation Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Solution Engineer, or equivalent in a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience leading large, multi-quarter enterprise implementations involving seven-figure ARR and cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing a team with at least five reports and growing an organization.
- Strong technical background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Production proficiency in Python and SQL, with fluency in REST APIs, batch data pipelines, and data-warehouse integrations.
- Ability to work with both engineers and executives on technical details, business value, and trade-offs.
- Preferred experience building AI applications in financial services and applying or optimizing statistical and machine learning models.
- Preferred experience with business onboarding, business loan underwriting, insurance claim processing, or financial crime, fraud, or AML investigation use cases.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to work from the NYC office at least three days per week.
