Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Design, code, test, maintain, modify, and troubleshoot software programs and modules.
- Develop and automate software validation processes using test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Analyze system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation, flowcharts, layouts, reports, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders on requirements, progress, quality risks, and delivery schedules.
- Respond to customer requests, capture clarifications and feedback, and support customer experience and on-time delivery.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, MIS reporting, and skill-upgrading activities.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Salesforce Lightning Components.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software flows, data usage, work processes, and system problems.
- Ability to create test cases and automate software validation.
- Ability to document technical solutions, project activities, status, and implementation details.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and certifications.
