Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SQL Server, and Azure services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, incidents, service requests, defects, and recurring problems through root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
- Design, develop, and support RESTful APIs, backend services, SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects.
- Support application deployments, releases, patching, monitoring, environment maintenance, and technology lifecycle management.
- Develop automation scripts and tools, maintain technical documentation and support runbooks, and participate in code reviews, testing, and Agile ceremonies.
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, database, cloud, and security teams while providing status updates, escalations, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in application development, maintenance, and production support using Microsoft technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and SQL Server, including query optimization and performance tuning.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, and cloud-based application support.
- Experience managing incidents, requests, defects, and operational support through ticketing platforms.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, release management, application security, vulnerability remediation, software upgrades, and lifecycle management.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, independent-working, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred qualifications include healthcare, insurance, or enterprise application experience; ServiceNow or similar ITSM knowledge; PowerShell, C#, or Python automation; API integrations; Docker; Kubernetes; SonarQube; security scanning tools; Azure certifications; and hybrid cloud experience.
