Responsibilities
- Build and ship ERP, accounting-system, and internal-system integrations using APIs and webhooks.
- Map and synchronize customer data models including charts of accounts, cost centers, entities, and vendors.
- Debug integration issues end to end and develop reusable integration patterns and internal implementation tools.
- Configure multi-entity and multi-currency setups and design stablecoin, fiat, and traditional payment settlement flows.
- Support customer workflows involving CFDI, NF-e, DIAN, and other country-specific requirements while coordinating with Compliance and Risk.
- Own technical onboarding for strategic accounts from scoping through go-live, adoption, escalations, and expansion.
- Run technical workshops, write implementation plans, manage customer timelines and stakeholders, and identify risks.
- Translate recurring customer needs into prioritized Product and Engineering feedback and partner with Sales on technical discovery and proofs of concept.
- Document integration guides, edge cases, and implementation playbooks.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation, including at least 2 years in customer-facing technical work.
- Strong production coding experience in at least one of Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go, with REST API and webhook development.
- Solid SQL and data-mapping skills demonstrated through integrations or supported data pipelines.
- Experience owning a customer project through go-live while managing customer-side timelines and stakeholders.
- Professional fluency in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Ability to travel to customer sites in Latin America as needed.
- Preferred: fintech or payments experience, including card issuing, SPEI, PIX, ACH, SWIFT, or cross-border money movement.
- Preferred: integration experience with an ERP, accounting, or financial system such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- Preferred: understanding of AP, reconciliation, month-end close, and multi-entity accounting.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with stablecoin, on/off-ramp, or digital asset infrastructure.
- Preferred: experience with LatAm e-invoicing and tax systems such as CFDI, NF-e, and DIAN.
- Preferred: prior forward deployed, solutions architect, or implementation engineering experience at a startup.
- Preferred: experience building internal tooling that reduces implementation time.
