Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products.
- Take full-stack ownership by writing production-ready and testable code.
- Create scalable, reliable, and performant designs aligned with architectural best practices.
- Analyze failures, propose design changes, and drive operational improvements.
- Conduct code reviews and apply software engineering standards, compliance, security, and reliability practices.
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, scrum masters, third-party vendors, and customers throughout product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Generally a minimum of eight years of experience.
- Proficiency in algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
- Understanding of product features, user and business impacts, team domains, and technical strategy.
- Ability to define and fulfill end-user solution requirements and communicate processes and results effectively.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, analytical, and software development skills.
