Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products.
- Take full-stack ownership by writing production-ready and testable code.
- Create scalable, reliable, performant designs aligned with architectural best practices.
- Analyze failures, propose design changes, and drive operational improvements.
- Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices, compliance, security, and reliability standards.
- Collaborate across product teams and communicate blockers, processes, and results to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement and technology transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Generally a minimum of eight years of experience.
- Proficiency with algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
- Understanding of product features, users, impacted flows, team domains, business strategy, and technical strategy.
- Ability to define and fulfill solutions requirements for end users.
- Ability to collaborate across product development and communicate with engineers, product owners, scrum masters, vendors, and customers.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with Agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
