Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex supply chain solutions using Manhattan Associates WMOS.
- Analyze customer business requirements and translate them into system requirements.
- Design, configure, and test solutions that meet customer needs.
- Support integrations between WMOS and enterprise systems, including MHE and ProShip.
- Perform system configuration, data migration, and user training.
- Analyze WMOS logs and troubleshoot integration issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of experience as a techno-functional consultant, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of Manhattan Associates WMOS and its integration with enterprise systems such as ERP, MHE, and ProShip.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL.
- Understanding, testing, or working knowledge of microservices.
- Knowledge of WMS modules including inventory management, order fulfillment, and pick-pack-ship processes.
- Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
- Experience with system configuration, data migration, and user training.
- Experience with MHE integration and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of ProShip integration is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Linux/Unix and the ability to analyze WMOS logs.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
