Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for named strategic accounts.
- Help shape and drive customers' AI strategies and architectures.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership to enterprise customers.
- Consult on modern Lakehouse architectures and implement proofs of concept.
- Develop account strategies and execute them to solve business problems.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects and account teams across regions.
- Promote and recruit contributors for Databricks-inspired open-source projects.
Requirements
- 12+ years in data engineering, data science, or technical architecture.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Big Data and AI technologies.
- Strong hands-on architectural experience in designing end-to-end solutions.
- Experience working with large enterprise or Fortune 500 customers.
- Consulting experience with external clients across various industries.
- Coding experience in Python, SQL, Scala, Java, or R.
- Experience with major public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Willingness to travel to customers regionally and internationally.
