Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Configure, develop, and customize Actimize Financial Crime Prevention solutions for AML, fraud, and trading compliance.
- Engage directly with customers to understand business and compliance requirements.
- Design and implement scalable, secure enterprise solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Perform unit and functional testing against design requirements.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and support production environments and customer functional problem resolution.
- Work across global teams in a matrix organization and multiple time zones.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and enterprise guidelines.
- Own end-to-end development and deployment responsibilities as an individual contributor with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the banking and financial services domain.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MS SQL.
- Experience handling large data volumes and complex database environments.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands and object-oriented programming.
- Exposure to enterprise application development and product implementation.
- Knowledge of secure, scalable, multi-user system design principles.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, independent working, and task-management capabilities.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and global matrix environments.
- Preferred: Actimize product development or implementation experience and professional services or implementation experience.
- Preferred: Understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration, Docker and containerization, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and AWS or other cloud platforms.
