Base Salary
$125k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test cases and frameworks for eNB/gNB functional, performance, interoperability, and regression validation.
- Analyze UE and eNB/gNB logs to debug and identify the root causes of RAN issues.
- Lead UE log collection and field testing supporting eNB/gNB feature development.
- Build software tools and database queries to analyze RAN performance and tune eNB/gNB parameters for KPI optimization.
- Manage and prioritize network issues and collaborate with developers to drive fixes.
- Troubleshoot and maintain RAN lab infrastructure with partner teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience with eNB/gNB and/or modem validation.
- At least 2 years of lab and/or field experience in new product introduction or product certification.
- Experience configuring, optimizing, and analyzing RAN performance.
- Experience with Python for test automation and data analysis, Linux, and Git repositories.
- Experience developing, executing, and managing LTE/5G-NR test cases, including test planning and results tracking.
- Strong understanding of LTE and 5G-NR protocols, with hands-on debugging at the PHY, MAC, and RRC layers.
- Experience analyzing UE logs using tools such as QXDM and XCAL.
- Experience setting up RAN lab testbeds and troubleshooting RF equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of 3GPP specifications and R17+ RAN features.
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, analytical, and engineering skills.
- Applicants must meet applicable ITAR eligibility or authorization requirements.
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed.

- Base salary ranges from $125,000 to $200,000 depending on level and qualifications.
