Responsibilities
- Work with data scientists and product managers to productionise detection logic, ML-driven solutions, and experiments.
- Improve the scalability, latency, and resilience of systems processing streaming, behavioural, and risk signals.
- Contribute to experimentation and rollout mechanisms for testing and validating detection approaches.
- Monitor deployed code using tools such as Kibana and Grafana.
- Own SLIs/SLOs and support quality and reliability across the product team.
- Collaborate across teams to prioritize and deliver results, including through GitHub pull requests and code reviews.
Requirements
- Solid backend engineering skills with significant experience in Golang, Scala, or Ruby advantageous.
- Willingness to learn and excel with streaming technologies and concepts such as Flink.
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly with business and engineering stakeholders.
- Collaborative approach with openness to feedback, constructive conflict, and helping colleagues grow.
