Responsibilities
- Build AI-enabled capabilities including agent tool surfaces, workflow orchestration, retrieval, and document intelligence.
- Integrate Azure AI Foundry models through API Management and implement tool and function calling.
- Develop connector surfaces and cloud-native services using Azure Container Apps.
- Implement observability, tracing, token attribution, AI usage monitoring, auditing, and traceability for regulated environments.
- Optimize AI solutions for reliability, latency, and token cost.
- Participate in design reviews, contribute to technical decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver production-ready AI applications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET and familiarity with Python.
- Experience developing solutions on Azure Cloud and working with API-driven, distributed systems.
- Hands-on LLM experience beyond prompting, including API integration, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.
- Experience with CI/CD and automated testing.
- Strong understanding of production AI application development and operational challenges.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and English working proficiency.
- Preferred qualifications include Azure AI Foundry, RAG retrieval-quality tuning, MCP server development, document intelligence, agentic coding tools, Azure Container Apps, API Management, Cosmos DB, Redis, Microsoft Fabric, and operating AI features in production.
