Base Salary
$128k - $164k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain components of the agentic AI framework under senior engineering guidance.
- Use open-source frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen to build and experiment with AI agents.
- Evaluate and incorporate selected open-source solutions into the agentic AI framework.
- Integrate AI agents into customer-facing applications and internal tools with product engineers.
- Write maintainable Python code for AI workflows, APIs, and data integration tasks.
- Test, debug, and improve the performance of AI-powered workloads.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, special projects, and other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of software engineering experience with exposure to AI/ML concepts or platforms.
- Solid Python programming skills; familiarity with FastAPI or Flask is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with at least one agentic AI framework, such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen, through projects, internships, or work experience.
- Familiarity with Docker, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Exposure to Kubernetes orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with modern LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information professionally.
