Base Salary

$167k - $231k/yr

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver projects that align with business goals.
Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of self-service tools that enhance the investor experience.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and build solutions that improve business workflows.
Develop scalable, reliable systems that meet the needs of both internal users and external investors.
Ensure security, performance, and availability of our critical platforms.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and the deployment of high-quality code.

5+ years of experience in software development, focusing on full-stack development, distributed systems, and APIs.
Experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable APIs, services, and UIs.
Familiarity with technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, PostgreSQL, React, Next.js, Vercel, and Python.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying applications in a cloud-native environment.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and real-time data processing pipelines.
Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
