Base Salary
$167k - $231k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver projects aligned with business goals.
- Design, develop, and maintain self-service tools that improve the investor experience.
- Identify process optimization opportunities and build solutions that improve business workflows.
- Develop scalable and reliable systems for internal users and external investors.
- Maintain security, performance, and availability of critical platforms.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of high-quality software.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience focused on full-stack development, distributed systems, and APIs.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable APIs, services, and UIs.
- Experience with one or more of Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, PostgreSQL, React, Next.js, Vercel, and Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and cloud-native application deployment.
- Experience with microservices architecture and real-time data processing pipelines such as Kafka or Spark.
- Familiarity with SQL and data warehousing technologies.
- Preferred experience building robust platforms, working in capital markets or financial services, and developing internal tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
