Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders to accelerate the roadmap.
- Collaborate with teams across Vanta on engineering initiatives and product primitives.
- Make effective tradeoffs considering business priorities and user experience.
- Contribute to building Vanta's engineering culture as the company grows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full stack experience with a focus on backend skills.
- Experience leading large projects with multiple stakeholders over extended periods.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience building user-facing SaaS products for startups and enterprise users.
- Experience with 0→1 product development and solving large scale problems.
- Experience with Typescript is a plus.
