Base Salary
$200k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design orchestration layers for reliable, stateful multi-agent workflows.
- Build governance guardrails and policy engines for autonomous systems.
- Develop knowledge graphs and vector-store infrastructure for agent context and memory.
- Create testing harnesses, formal specifications, and automated metrics for agent evaluation.
- Connect observability data to autonomous failure analysis and remediation loops.
- Rapidly prototype and deploy agentic tools to production for internal teams and customers.
- Experiment with models, orchestration techniques, and methods for validating agent behavior.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience shipping products, tools, platforms, or other production software.
- Active hands-on experience building agents and familiarity with the limitations of agent frameworks.
- Strong software engineering, AI research, game engineering, product, platform/SRE, design, or equivalent interdisciplinary experience may qualify.
- Ability to collaborate intensely, communicate clearly in writing, and work across disciplinary boundaries.
- Experience with or strong opinions about reliable agent orchestration, autonomous systems, simulation, observability, or product delivery is relevant.
