Base Salary
$71k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot pricing tools and production systems in accordance with service level agreements, SOPs, and governance processes.
- Design and implement software solutions involving data integration, automation, monitoring, and reporting across multiple platforms and languages.
- Lead technical execution of pricing tool modernization and consolidation supporting the REBOOT Pricing Strategy.
- Translate User Requirements Specifications into technical designs and prepare, review, and approve design and integration documentation.
- Perform coding, configuration, scripting, code reviews, informal unit testing, and quality checks while maintaining traceability and audit-ready documentation.
- Coordinate integration processes between systems and vendors including Salesforce and Certinia.
- Support project teams, Test Analysts, business users, and users of the in-house pricing tool through requirements definition, testing, training, and issue resolution.
- Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual effort, improve scalability, and strengthen governance and auditability.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Analytics, or a comparable discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of one or more of .NET Framework, C#, Visual Studio, advanced VBA, relational databases and SQL, Power Query, Microsoft Power Platform, API or bus integration technologies, Java and Java Server technologies, or UNIX with C and C++.
- Demonstrated experience developing and automating pricing, financial, or business process tools using advanced Excel, VBA, SQL, and data transformation techniques.
- Two or more years of experience in CRO work, IRT study delivery, clinical systems development, business systems, pricing technology development, or comparable areas is desired.
- Familiarity with clinical trials, patient safety, data integrity, and associated regulations.
- Strong written and spoken English communication, advanced Microsoft Excel capability, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work independently or within multidisciplinary teams.
