Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models for prediction, recommendation, optimization, classification, forecasting, and related use cases.
- Build scalable data and ML pipelines covering data preparation, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment, and production monitoring.
- Design and implement agentic workflows with reasoning, task orchestration, tool usage, and multi-step execution.
- Integrate AI agents and ML solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and business applications.
- Implement MLOps processes for CI/CD, experimentation, model monitoring, retraining, versioning, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Support deployment of AI and ML workloads on AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Contribute to software engineering standards, testing, observability, documentation, reusable frameworks, and AI-assisted development practices.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of software engineering experience with strong Python development skills.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning solutions.
- Hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions using LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, statistical techniques, feature engineering, model evaluation, and experimentation.
- Experience with Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent ML frameworks.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills, with experience building data pipelines and integrating enterprise systems through APIs and databases.
- Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Preferred experience includes optimization, routing, scheduling, operations research, demand forecasting, pricing analytics, customer propensity modeling, recommendation engines, explainable AI, Snowflake, Databricks, distributed computing, dashboards, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and GenAI integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
