Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, visualizations, metrics, KPIs, and data models using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, insights, and process improvement opportunities.
Design, develop, test, debug, document, and maintain Python software solutions, scripts, APIs, and data pipelines.
Develop system integrations using APIs and automate repetitive business processes and workflows.
Partner with business users to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and provide testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and user support.
Document technical processes, business requirements, and system functionality.
Explore AI, automation, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies to improve business processes.
Support applicable EHS, quality, and environmental management system responsibilities and follow company values and procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
0–3 years of professional experience, internship experience, or equivalent project experience.
Experience developing solutions using Python.
Experience creating dashboards and reports with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
Understanding of data analysis, data modeling, and visualization concepts.
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs.
Preferred: experience with React, AI-powered or agentic AI solutions, REST APIs, Git, Azure, AWS, GCP, Power Automate, Power Apps, enterprise databases, and analytics platforms.
