Responsibilities
- Review requirements and provide risk-focused feedback.
- Design and evolve scalable automation frameworks in Java.
- Write test strategies for complex features and automate them.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines with robust validation layers.
- Build internal tools using AI/LLM technologies.
- Design AI-assisted workflows for automation and release pipelines.
- Measure and improve engineering impact through reliability metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to promote quality ownership.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the software industry.
- Strong proficiency in Java and understanding of OOP principles.
- Expertise in designing scalable automation frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Buildkite.
- Knowledge of database testing and ETL/data pipeline validation is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/LLM tools in engineering.
