Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and evolve the architecture for the agent development experience.
- Drive initiatives for scalability, reliability, low-latency, and cost efficiency.
- Manage and evolve the benchmarking system for continuous improvement.
- Establish and enforce technical standards and coding practices.
- Mentor senior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to create scalable technical roadmaps.
- Lead operations excellence for the agent development platform.
- Oversee performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
- Drive development of internal tooling leveraging agents.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with production-grade AI/ML platforms.
- 10+ years in designing and building cloud applications.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML platforms.
- Prior experience as a technical visionary in large-scale projects.
- Expertise in driving operational excellence through automation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
