Responsibilities
- Architect, build, deploy, and operate resilient full-stack services across .NET backends and Vue or React frontends.
- Own front-end and back-end systems end-to-end, including data modeling, user and event flows, deployment, and production operations.
- Design and optimize distributed event-driven systems using Kafka and SQS.
- Monitor production health with Datadog and maintain Kubernetes-based deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with customer service, customer operations, and product stakeholders to turn operational challenges into software solutions.
- Conduct architectural reviews, provide hands-on code guidance, pair program, and mentor engineers.
- Introduce AI-assisted development practices using Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and operating robust .NET backend services using REST and gRPC.
- Experience with Vue or React and modern full-stack development.
- Knowledge of event-driven systems, Kafka, SQS, asynchronous design patterns, and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB or MongoDB.
- Experience deploying to AWS or Azure with Kubernetes, including EKS, and Terraform.
- Familiarity with Datadog, distributed tracing, production troubleshooting, and reliability practices.
- Practical interest in using Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot for development, testing, and automated reviews.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience mentoring peers and championing code quality.
