Responsibilities
- Architect, build, deploy, and operate resilient full-stack services using .NET backends and Vue or React frontends.
- Own systems end-to-end from data modelling and user or event flows through deployment and production operations.
- Collaborate with customer service and product stakeholders to turn operational bottlenecks into robust software solutions.
- Contribute to event-driven platform architecture using Kafka and SQS.
- Monitor production health with Datadog and maintain reliability across distributed systems.
- Maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure and automated deployment pipelines.
- Conduct architectural reviews, provide hands-on code guidance, and mentor engineers through pair programming.
- Promote AI-assisted development workflows using Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and operating robust .NET backend services alongside Vue or React frontend applications.
- Experience with REST and gRPC services, event-driven systems, asynchronous design patterns, and distributed architectures.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB or MongoDB, or with data warehouses.
- Practical experience deploying to AWS or Azure using Kubernetes, including EKS, and Terraform.
- Familiarity with APM and distributed tracing platforms such as Datadog.
- Enthusiasm for integrating AI developer tools into delivery, testing, and automated code review workflows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, ownership mindset, commitment to code quality, and experience mentoring peers.
