Base Salary
$125k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build scalable distributed systems for high traffic from numerous devices.
- Work with key-value storage systems like Redis and DynamoDB.
- Utilize Postgres relational databases for data management.
- Implement logging and message passing technologies such as Kafka and SQS.
- Deploy services using Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Develop systems for remote product interaction and configuration.
- Define and enhance microservice architectures for low-latency and high-reliability.
- Design and develop features using advanced computer vision.
- Create and implement clean APIs using Python and/or Go.
Requirements
- 1+ years of backend engineering experience in a production environment.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience in developing and launching products.
- Working knowledge of Python and/or Go.
- Comfortable in an agile team software development environment.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and ability to read Python server code is a plus.
