Responsibilities
- Perform root-cause analysis of complex problems involving multiple parties and systems.
- Diagnose, isolate, and debug production issues to resolve customer-facing incidents.
- Conduct proactive analysis and troubleshooting to prevent production incidents.
- Monitor the progress of submitted builds to the App Store and address any rejections.
- Diagnose issues if builds fail in the CI/CD process using Jenkins.
- Analyze app performance using tools like Xcode and third-party applications.
- Act as Level 3 support on a 24/7 on-call rotation and escalate issues to engineering as needed.
Requirements
- At least 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 4 years in production support.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, or a related field.
- Strong systems background and familiarity with application development technologies.
- Experience with analytic tools such as Firebase, Crashlytics, and Apple Developer Tools.
- Good understanding of networking protocols and tools.
- Experience with CI/CD processes, particularly with Jenkins.
- 3+ years in a technical support role.
