Responsibilities

  • Perform root-cause analysis of complex problems involving multiple parties and systems.
  • Diagnose, isolate, and debug production issues to resolve customer-facing incidents.
  • Conduct proactive analysis and troubleshooting to prevent production incidents.
  • Monitor the progress of submitted builds to the App Store and address any rejections.
  • Diagnose issues if builds fail in the CI/CD process using Jenkins.
  • Analyze app performance using tools like Xcode and third-party applications.
  • Act as Level 3 support on a 24/7 on-call rotation and escalate issues to engineering as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 4 years in production support.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, or a related field.
  • Strong systems background and familiarity with application development technologies.
  • Experience with analytic tools such as Firebase, Crashlytics, and Apple Developer Tools.
  • Good understanding of networking protocols and tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes, particularly with Jenkins.
  • 3+ years in a technical support role.
