Responsibilities
- Architect and lead front-end development for major platform areas.
- Define front-end standards and drive code formatting standards.
- Collaborate with Product, UX/UI Design, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
- Optimize performance and enhance automated testing and deployment pipelines.
- Partner with customer support to resolve complex UI/performance issues.
Requirements
- 12+ years of overall software engineering experience.
- Advanced mastery of React 18+, TypeScript, and Next.js/SSR concepts.
- Experience designing and maintaining large-scale component libraries.
- Deep understanding of web security, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Advanced .NET Core proficiency and experience with AI integration.
- Strong ability to make technical decisions and guide a distributed team.
