Responsibilities

Author, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes clusters.
Automate operational tasks and infrastructure as code.
Monitor and manage environments by integrating telemetry and observability.
Design, own, support, and resolve incidents in production.
Collaborate on backend services using Node.JS, TypeScript, or Java with Spring Boot.
Partner with Product, Platform, SRE, and Engineering for end-to-end solutions.
Handle customer escalations and support migrations from legacy features.

Minimum 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and GitOps (ArgoCD).
Experience with ElasticSearch, Kubernetes, Kustomize, and Terraform is a plus.
Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and monitoring frameworks.
Solid knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Ruby).
Strong Java (Spring Boot) expertise with RESTful APIs and microservices.
Knowledge of distributed system architectures and concurrency patterns.
Familiarity with RabbitMQ or Kafka message brokers.
Comfort with Scrum, Kanban, and Jira-based planning.
Excellent English communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Familiarity with GO or a strong willingness to learn.
