Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend systems and APIs.
- Develop robust, production-grade applications.
- Architect APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product, data, and design teams.
- Write clean, production-grade code.
- Contribute to system design and technical decisions.
- Mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with Python and/or Java.
- Understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and ownership mindset.
- Preferred experience with Golang and TypeScript.
- Preferred experience in high-growth SaaS environments and with data platforms or analytics systems.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading engineers is preferred.
