Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain React and TypeScript applications aligned with architecture and squad priorities.
- Build reusable components, shared UI patterns, and design-system-aligned responsive and accessible user experiences.
- Contribute to client-side architecture covering routing, state management, data fetching, forms, validation, error handling, and API integration.
- Create and maintain unit, component, integration, and end-to-end automated tests using tools such as Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, and Playwright.
- Contribute to front-end CI/CD pipelines, build quality gates, static analysis, deployment readiness, observability, resilience, and performance optimization.
- Apply secure coding practices across authentication, authorization, API consumption, data handling, and dependency management.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, pairing, design discussions, and technical guidance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex front-end issues affecting delivery, quality, performance, and production stability.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, platform engineers, backend engineers, QA teams, and third-party software partners.
- Contribute to front-end standards, shared libraries, component patterns, developer experience, accessibility, and continuous engineering improvement.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of professional software engineering experience, or equivalent capability demonstrated through delivery experience.
- Strong commercial or enterprise experience delivering modern React and TypeScript applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, responsive design, and front-end build tooling.
- Experience with React application architecture, hooks, component composition, routing, forms, state management, and data-fetching patterns.
- Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, and secure authentication and authorization flows.
- Automated testing experience across unit, component, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Understanding of WCAG, semantic HTML, browser compatibility, front-end performance, CI/CD pipelines, dependency management, quality gates, and OWASP principles.
- Preferred experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, background services, SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, data modeling, query optimization, and transactional consistency.
