Responsibilities
- Develop Apriso MES systems and perform related work based on experience.
- Implement, configure, and customize Apriso MES solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement MOM/MES systems for manufacturing operations.
- Define system requirements and create basic designs based on customer requirements.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Provide user support and training.
- Design and coordinate MES integrations with factory systems including PLC, SCADA, and DCS.
- Participate in SIT and UAT.
- Follow standard development methods and coding standards.
Requirements
- At least one year of practical experience with Apriso MES.
- Experience implementing MOM/MES systems.
- Experience across system requirements definition, design, implementation, and testing.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Project management skills.
- Practical experience with customization, configuration, and integration.
- End-to-end implementation experience for at least one or more clients.
- Strong debugging skills and the ability to contribute both independently and as a team member.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency, with JLPT N2 or higher required.
- Preferred: experience leading upstream phases of Apriso MES implementation projects.
- Preferred: manufacturing industry experience.
- Preferred: experience integrating PLC, SCADA, or DCS factory systems.
- Preferred: business-level English.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, initiative, and willingness to learn new technologies are preferred.
