Responsibilities
- Design and build the intelligence layer of FLORA for multi-modal creative workflows.
- Create agentic systems that integrate text, image, and video models.
- Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and design teams to develop user-friendly features.
- Ensure system reliability through evaluation frameworks and automated checks.
- Handle orchestration across models, APIs, and tools, including retries and fallbacks.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building agentic systems like multi-step pipelines or tool-using agents.
- Familiarity with evaluation frameworks for system reliability.
- Experience with memory and retrieval systems, including vector DBs and context management.
- Strong background in orchestration across models and APIs.
- Ability to reason about multi-modal workflows and their integration.
- Experience across the stack (frontend, backend, infra) and collaboration with product and design.
- Product-minded with a focus on usability and creative control.
- 3+ years of engineering experience.
- Bonus: experience with creative tools, generative models, or node-based interfaces.
