Responsibilities
- Design and develop software solutions and functionality in a microservices environment.
- Write, test, refactor, debug, and review code across multiple teams.
- Develop and integrate APIs, telemetry processing, and ML/AI algorithms for structured and unstructured data.
- Build and maintain large-scale distributed systems and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Execute automated testing and contribute to software deployment and delivery automation.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver software components and integrate third-party software.
- Create and maintain technical, end-user, and operational documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Seasoned software development experience, including developing microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Expertise in C/C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, cloud architecture, and deployments.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores including Elasticsearch, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and LXC/LXD container runtimes.
- Experience working with large datasets and applying ML/AI algorithms.
- Experience with software delivery lifecycle tools, geo-distributed teams, and innovation through production phases.
- Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals preferred.
- Relevant agile certifications preferred.
