Responsibilities
- Partner with infrastructure, cloud, and data teams to design and deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Ensure architectural soundness, scalability, reliability, security, and compliance in AI deployments.
- Translate business ideas and requirements into technical specifications and actionable implementation plans.
- Transition AI pilots and prototypes into fully operational, integrated production solutions.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges affecting implementation and adoption.
- Establish best practices for AI solution deployment, lifecycle management, code quality, testing, and release processes.
- Act as a technical bridge between business, data, and technology teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical enablement across the organization.
- Support development of a robust enterprise AI capability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 2+ years in AI or automation solution deployment or technical enablement roles.
- Hands-on expertise designing, implementing, and deploying AI and automation solutions in production environments.
- Strong architectural skills with experience delivering scalable, reliable, and secure AI systems.
- Experience implementing MLOps pipelines and containerized deployments.
- Experience with LangChain, OpenAI, automation technologies such as UiPath, Python, SQL, APIs, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, scalable architectures, and modern data architectures.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Certifications in AI, cloud architecture, or automation technologies are preferred.
- Experience working in large, complex, multinational organizations is preferred.
