Responsibilities
- Partner with infrastructure, cloud, and data teams to design and deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Ensure architectural soundness, scalability, reliability, security, and compliance across AI deployments.
- Translate business requirements and ideas into technical specifications and actionable implementation plans.
- Transition AI pilots and prototypes into fully operational, integrated production solutions.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges affecting implementation and adoption.
- Establish best practices for AI deployment, lifecycle management, code quality, testing, and release processes.
- Serve as a technical bridge between business, data, and technology teams and facilitate organizational knowledge sharing.
- Support the development of a robust enterprise AI capability.
Requirements
- Hands-on expertise designing and implementing AI and automation solutions.
- Strong architecture skills and experience ensuring scalability, reliability, and security in AI systems.
- Proven experience developing and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
- Experience implementing MLOps pipelines and containerized deployments.
- Experience with LangChain, OpenAI, automation technologies such as UiPath, Python, SQL, APIs, and cloud services.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud and modern data architectures.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, and scalable architectures.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in AI or automation solution deployment or technical enablement roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in AI, cloud architecture, or automation technologies are preferred.
- Experience working in large, complex, multinational organizations is preferred.
- Strong technical leadership, communication, collaboration, accountability, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
