Responsibilities
- Design and maintain solution architecture across the Keylight subscription engine, Decisions orchestration platform, Service Contract Master API, Price Edge, Salesforce Commerce, and supporting systems.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, code and configuration reviews, and guidance to developers.
- Assess technical feasibility and translate business requirements into solution approaches.
- Document architecture direction, technical guidelines, integration patterns, and architectural principles.
- Collaborate with other architects to maintain coherent end-to-end architecture.
- Ensure solution scalability and continuously improve platform capabilities and technical standards.
- Design low-code orchestration flows and establish workflow automation best practices.
- Lead technical discussions with Keylight and other platform vendors.
- Assist with troubleshooting and assess data quality and consistency across the landscape.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in solution architecture roles, preferably in subscription or SaaS business models.
- Strong experience with API-based integrations and enterprise service bus patterns.
- Hands-on experience with low-code or no-code platforms.
- Understanding of subscription management platforms and billing systems.
- Experience leading and mentoring developers.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management across business and technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms and their configuration.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, pricing engines, and entitlement systems is beneficial.
- Strategic, pragmatic, collaborative, communicative, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
