Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions supporting the full claims lifecycle.
- Implement Gosu customizations across rules, entities, workflows, PCF screens, and extension logic.
- Build and maintain ClaimCenter integrations involving messaging, REST/SOAP APIs, batch processes, claim ingestion, documents, financial systems, and external data providers.
- Configure workflows for FNOL intake, triage, assignment, litigation, vendor management, and payment authorization.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications covering class structures, workflows, events, data mappings, and API behavior.
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, code reviews, defect troubleshooting, performance optimization, production deployments, and environment stabilization.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute reusable components and long-term delivery capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer with hands-on Gosu, ClaimCenter configuration, and integration development experience.
- Deep knowledge of insurance claims processes including FNOL, coverage verification, investigation, exposures, reserves, payments, subrogation, litigation, vendors, and financial authority controls.
- Experience with ClaimCenter integrations such as messaging plugins, service APIs, claim ingestion, payment systems, document generation, and external data providers.
- Ability to create maintainable technical designs covering workflow logic, extension models, batches, APIs, and data structures.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across ClaimCenter UI, rules, entity models, messaging, integrations, data, workflows, and batches.
- Experience working in Agile environments and participating in technical grooming, estimation, and code reviews.
- Excellent English communication skills for collaboration with business analysts, QA professionals, architects, and client stakeholders.
- Guidewire ClaimCenter certifications are preferred.
