Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support enterprise applications and integrations.
- Build APIs, microservices, and automation solutions for Loan Servicing platforms.
- Contribute to Loan IQ enhancements, modernization initiatives, and production support.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Operations, QA, Architecture, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, documentation, and delivery productivity.
- Contribute to workflow automation, intelligent document processing, and AI-enabled business solutions.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, risk, audit, and governance standards.
Requirements
- Require 4–7 years of software development experience in enterprise environments.
- Require strong Java and Spring Boot development experience.
- Require experience with REST APIs, microservices, application integration, Oracle SQL, and relational databases.
- Require experience with CI/CD pipelines, Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and container platforms such as Kubernetes, Docker, or OpenShift.
- Require experience using AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot.
- Require understanding of generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, AI-enabled software development, and responsible AI principles.
- Require strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Prefer Loan IQ experience and commercial lending, syndicated lending, or loan servicing experience.
- Prefer AWS, Kafka, MQ, event-driven architecture, workflow automation, intelligent document processing, or AI-enabled business solution experience.
- Prefer Python development and exposure to LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, or AI orchestration frameworks.
