Base Salary
$150k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build the interfaces through which users experience Farsight’s agentic AI work.
- Turn agentic outputs into seamless, intuitive product experiences for investment banking, private equity, and other financial services users.
- Develop customer-facing features and make longer-term platform investments.
- Iterate quickly on customer feedback while maintaining clean, efficient, and adaptable software.
- Own projects from conception through deployment and collaborate across the growing team.
Requirements
- At least four years of non-internship software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience building production-grade, scalable web applications.
- Strong attention to clean, functional user interfaces and product experience.
- Experience taking projects from conception through deployment in unstructured environments.
- Ability to move quickly and work autonomously on a lean team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience at an early-stage startup or big tech is preferred.
- Experience building interfaces for AI or data-heavy products is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial services workflows or client environments is preferred.
- Experience interacting directly with customers and incorporating their feedback into product decisions is preferred.
- Comfort with backend or infrastructure work is preferred.
