Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support React/TypeScript applications.
- Make technology decisions that align with business needs.
- Enhance existing systems for improved performance and security.
- Set standards for accessibility and design system use.
- Advocate for high coding standards and quality improvements.
- Maintain a user-centric mindset and build user empathy.
- Communicate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and learn from other engineers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in building and supporting web applications.
- 5+ years of experience specifically with React.
- Experience delivering a small web app or feature independently.
- Excitement about working with mobile tech stacks including React and TypeScript.
- Ability to work autonomously while being a team player.
- Curiosity to experiment and learn new technologies.
- Deep expertise in using AI tools to enhance engineering workflows.
- Bonus points for experience with audio playback, recording, or file encryption.
