Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing and product rollout into production.
  • Perform software quality assurance testing, process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments.
  • Create and modify test scenarios and test scripts using hands-on test automation coding skills.
  • Monitor products and processes for conformance to standards and procedures, identify risks, and recommend solutions.
  • Document findings, perform root-cause analyses, and recommend improvements to standards and procedures.
  • Ensure corrective actions are assigned, documented, completed, and traceable in project work products.
  • Gather, maintain, and report quality metrics.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team and technology quality objectives.
  • Assess risk and support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and control requirements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in an IT Quality role.
  • Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent Java, Python, SQL, Selenium, and AI tools such as Devin skills.
  • Hands-on test automation coding skills and experience with test automation tools.
  • Experience creating and modifying test scenarios and test scripts.
  • Comfort writing complex queries and experience with reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and a focus on shift-left automation.
  • Development experience in a fast-paced, time-to-market-driven environment.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Performance testing knowledge is an added advantage.
