Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and debug software solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project goals while taking direction from senior engineers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and production problems with senior-team support.
- Support documentation of software requirements and specifications.
- Participate in training, mentoring, professional development, and team knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and software engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically 3 or more years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year in a similar software engineering role.
- Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies.
- Basic coding and debugging skills.
- Advanced degree, relevant certifications, or additional training are preferred.
- Willingness to learn and gain practical experience.
